Where to Post
Choosing the right category helps others find confessions that resonate with them.
Love, heartbreak, friendship struggles, family dynamics, and interpersonal conflicts.
Workplace truths, career regrets, professional anxieties, and office secrets.
Personal truths about who you are, who you want to be, and the gap between them.
Intrusive thoughts, dark feelings, and difficult mental states. Handle with care.
Things you've never told anyone. The vault for your deepest, most guarded truths.
Classic confessions — things you did, said, or felt that you've never admitted.
Read before submitting difficult content
Confessions touching on depression, anxiety, self-harm, or suicidal ideation are permitted as personal expression. However, content that glorifies, encourages, or provides detailed methods for self-harm will be removed immediately. We may add crisis resources to relevant posts.
Adult-themed confessions involving consenting adults are permitted within reason. Explicit graphic sexual content may be removed at moderator discretion. Any sexual content involving minors results in immediate permanent removal and will be reported to relevant authorities.
Confessing about past illegal actions you committed is permitted as personal expression. Providing instructions, tutorials, or encouragement for others to commit crimes is not permitted and will be removed.

How We Enforce
All submissions pass through automated filters that flag potentially harmful content before it goes live.
Users can flag confessions that violate guidelines. Flagged content is queued for human review.
Our moderation team reviews flagged content and makes removal decisions based on these guidelines.
Violating content is removed. Repeated offenders have their sessions blocked. Decisions are final.
Minor first-time violations. Content is removed with a guideline reminder.
Repeated minor violations or a significant single violation. Session is blocked for 7–30 days.
Severe violations, CSAM, credible threats, or persistent policy abuse. Permanent session ban.
Credible threats of violence, CSAM, or other criminal content referred to law enforcement.
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, use the report function on the confession or contact our moderation team directly.
