By accessing or using LBB Confessions ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LBB Confessions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Platform Description
LBB Confessions is an anonymous confession and storytelling platform that allows users to share personal experiences, thoughts, secrets, and confessions without revealing their identity.
The Platform allows users to:

- →Browse, read, and react to confessions submitted by others
- →Like or dislike confessions using a session-based anonymous token
- →Filter and sort confessions by category, popularity, and recency
- →View trending content and editor's picks
Anonymity on the Platform is facilitated through session tokens stored in browser cookies. While we take reasonable measures to protect anonymity, we cannot guarantee complete anonymity in all circumstances.
3. User Conduct & Prohibited Content
By submitting content to the Platform, you agree to abide by our Community Guidelines and these Terms. You are solely responsible for all content you submit.
You agree NOT to submit content that:
- ✕Contains threats, harassment, or incitement to violence against any person or group
- ✕Reveals personally identifiable information about other individuals without consent (doxxing)
- ✕Constitutes defamation, libel, or knowingly false statements of fact
- ✕Includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- ✕Promotes or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders in a dangerous manner
- ✕Constitutes spam, phishing, or other fraudulent communications
- ✕Violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- ✕Infringes upon intellectual property rights of third parties
- ✕Contains malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software
- ✕Is used for commercial advertising without prior written permission
Content that violates these guidelines will be removed without notice. Repeated violations may result in your session being permanently blocked from the Platform.
4. Intellectual Property
All content you submit to LBB Confessions remains your intellectual property. However, by submitting content, you grant LBB Confessions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your submitted content on the Platform and in promotional materials.
The Platform's design, code, branding, logos, and non-user-generated content are the exclusive property of LBB Confessions and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform materials without prior written consent.
You retain the right to:
- →Own copyright of your submitted confessions
- →Request removal of your content from the Platform
- →Use your own content outside of the Platform
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LBB CONFESSIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LBB Confessions does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any user-submitted content. The views expressed in confessions are those of the anonymous submitters and do not reflect the views of LBB Confessions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LBB Confessions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or content posted thereon.
We are not responsible for:
- →The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of user-submitted content
- →Any emotional distress caused by reading confessions on the Platform
- →Loss of data due to technical failures or security breaches
- →Third-party websites or services linked from the Platform
- →Any actions taken based on content read on the Platform
6. Mental Health & Crisis Resources
LBB Confessions recognizes that some content shared on the Platform may touch on sensitive mental health topics. We are committed to the wellbeing of our community.
If you or someone you know is in crisis or considering self-harm, please contact emergency services (911) or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 immediately. LBB Confessions is not a mental health service and cannot provide crisis support.
We reserve the right to include crisis resource information alongside content that our moderation systems identify as potentially indicating distress.
7. Termination & Access Restriction
LBB Confessions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict access to the Platform for any user or session at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
Grounds for termination may include:
- →Violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines
- →Submission of prohibited content
- →Attempting to circumvent anonymity protections or security measures
- →Engaging in coordinated inauthentic behavior
- →Any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its community
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
